Minderoo has become a way of life -- a place where time, event and community exist in their own universe within the bounds of a dropped slat fence line. Structures are deconstructed, reconstructed -- meals are prepared and eaten -- cattle are mustered, de-horned and shipped out -- friendships and romances are found amongst the most unlikely. Comradery outside work is shared at the cricket game on the airstrip, beers on the lawn, Sunday afternoons at the Onslow town pub. Station life is vibrant.
